Companion rescue

Here you’ll learn simple methods for rescuing yourself or your climbing partner if something goes wrong.

You’ll also be trained in the most important first aid skills to master.

The course runs over two days and can be arranged in Hemsedal or elsewhere in Østlandet (Eastern Norway) by agreement.
