Rock climbing course in Hemsedal

–and can be arranged on climbing crags near Oslo

Hemsedal offers several climbing mountains. Skurvefjell, Storehorn and not least Skogshorn have south faces that offer multi pitch climbing. I have climbed these mountains for decades and would like to take you along to share knowledge and experiences.

A basic climbing course lasts three days and gives you a foundation for your own trips.

• Introduction to climbing with your own belay devices
• Choosing and using belay devices
• Belay tecniqe
• Climbing in a rope team, choosing a climbing route, how to read a climbing guide
• Rappell
• Buddy rescue

On the last day of the course we go on a multi-pitch climb in the mountain
